E-Learning is one of the most efficient ways to deliver lessons to a large audience quickly. When designed effectively, it provides engaging material that benefits a wide range of learners. One of the key advantages of e-learning is its accessibility; learners can access the content whenever they need it most.
Moreover, e-learning offers several additional benefits:
Self-Paced Learning: Learners can progress through the material at their own pace, which can lead to increased satisfaction and reduced stress.
Cost-Effectiveness: E-learning reduces the need for physical materials and travel, making it a more affordable option for both institutions and learners.
Flexibility: It accommodates various learning styles and allows for customized learning environments.
Scalability: E-learning can easily be scaled to accommodate a growing number of learners without significant additional costs.
Analytics and Tracking: It provides valuable data on learner progress and engagement, helping educators refine their materials and strategies.
These benefits make e-learning a powerful tool in modern instructional design, ensuring that educational content is not only widely accessible but also effective and engaging.

This course was developed to show the Instructional Design models that work best with Competency-based Learning.
These instructional design examples were created in Articulate Storyline 360. The program is NOT mobile user friendly but has many design and animation option to keep the learner engaged with the ability to interact and even input data.
These instructional design examples were created in Articulate Rise 360. The program is very mobile user friendly but has limitations on design. These are great for getting information to employees/customers/clients quickly.
